My Garden has never looked better. Normally don't get the time to do what I want to get done but its keeping me occupied, and feeding the birds is cheering me up too

My council has suspended collection of green wheelie bins.

A subscription service for collection of garden waste, with local recycling centres closed its making me think twice about digging out and bagging it up.

First year of having a proper garden to look after and not sure what else to do with the waste. Could I leave it to dry and burn it?

I’ve already got three huge compost bins full

I been doing loads of garden too. Getting out in the sun and the contact with the soil eases my mind and gived me something practical to focus on. I've started loads of veg seeds for my victory garden.

The garden is my project while the weather is good. The borders and the lawn, usually looks lovely most of the year except for midwinter unless it has snowed. But the maintenance of the York stone patio and paths and the ‘secret gardens’ area gets neglected when working away so much. and feeling apathetic when I’m home. So I’m gradually repairing years of neglect

Hefty Hideaway

I planted my Mongolian sunflowers yesterday. Hopefully we will manage to grow some tall ones for the summer!

That is the extent of my gardening prowess.

Ours are still going but not sure for how long. Our compost bin is ready to empty so I’ll gradually work on that, before I fill it again

We got our garden all sorted now we got artificial grass so now we can sit in it all summer

Just waiting for the trees to bloom at the bottom of the garden so can sit out naked in the part that no one can see
