No gym and no motivation :(

I was training to compete this year and now all of a sudden no motivation and staying in and only going out for a walk once a day

You can’t slip into that kinda mindset.

Get yourself into a routine, run at the same time everyday and get yourself into a little circuit training routine as well.

Don’t run the same routes, vary it up a bit to keep it fresh.

We’re all gonna need to keep motivated.
