the supreme court has upheld the decision about taking photos illegally even if in the same room...mainly aimed at the revenge porn photos but may have implications for Fab photos & standards Fab admin may have to apply

Fab's rules say that photos should only show people who have consented to be photographed... they even check for family pictures in the background.
