Tried the fry up, managed the egg then went green, someone else recommended iron brew, that never worked. Felt slightly more human after fish n chips this afternoon, dunno what the fuck i was doing but i ache everywhere and feel like i got beaten up! Wine is not my friend

non-stop sipping of water. eat something sugary and have a greasy fry up to re-line the stomach properly! works great for me

Just had hot bath followed by peanut butter sandwich, all out of ive got blisters on the soles of my feet from my shoes and a handprint bruise on my arm
