A fab friend cant upload any pics or send messages. They just get a message "We are not currently accepting uploads"

Does anyone know why?

Admin are probably dealing with the folk still posting meets as status updates or asking via messages

They need to be patient.

All Admin are volunteers. They will respond as soon as they can.

Couple of possibilities spring to mind:

Have they previously been banned from the forums or the site? If so then that may be the reason if they have come back and tried to flout site rules by doing so.

Had they shared links or similar in a previous message? If so that can lead to a temporary automatic block which can last a few hours - happened to me a year or so ago.

Either way only real way to find out is contact admin and be patient
