The Town by The Cross

Looked at the price. That's good I thought.

It's a bit extra if you want it to be picked up and delivered on the same day.

Okay - I'll pay that bit more for a pick up and the same day delivery.

Do you want to pay a couple of quid to have 20 quid insurance OR

Don't you give a fuck about what's in your parcel ?

I clicked I give a fuck here's a couple of quid extra. CONTINUE

Your parcel isn't guaranteed; we just try very hard to do our best so

Do you want to guarantee it or not cos we can't be responsible unless you guarantee it's delivery for a couple of quid........

OKAY I WILL PAY A FUCKING EXTRA COUPLE OF QUID FOR YOU TO GUARANTEE YOUR SERVICE......

----------------------------------------

Forgive me Fabbers...... but WHAT other service says things like this.....

Here is a tub but we won't guarantee that there is any ice cream in it unless you pay more.

Here is a mobile phone but we are not guaranteeing it will work unless you pay more......

----------------------------------------

Surely if I PAY for a service I shouldn't have to pay EXTRAS to make sure that the service I paid for happens......

OVER .... that's DPD

If I bough a clock Granny, I wouldn’t expect to pay extra for the hands

you've paid your road tax but you still in or near towns have to pay to park it on the street, just saying........ that would appear to be acceptable

Exactly.

Here is a clock but we can't guarantee it's got any numbers on it.

Sheffield

I had exactly the same with FedEx last week it cost me £35 to send a shoe box full of baby clothes to Malaysia- including a guaranteed delivery payment.

And it cost my daughter £20 to collect it after it had arrived !

What about the airlines? Some have been playing that game for ages.

You actually want to take some clothes with you? Pay extra.

You want to take more than a swim suit and a change of pants? Pay extra.

You want to sit in the posh area while you wait to board? Pay extra.

You want to be first on board? Pay extra.

You want to choose where you sit? Pay extra.

I don't mind paying extra for 'extras'

But i'd already paid for a parcel to be delivered then they ask for extra so they can promise that it will be delivered ????

Isn't that the service I just paid for ?

Dickhead them and dickhead me for paying
