I just want to say thanks to all you key workers out there who are making a difference.

You may not feel that way and are feeling the strain already at this early stage of the crisis. But believe me it's because of you that we will come out the other side.

Thank you

The Town by The Cross

Big shout out to all the supermarket and chemist workers.

The lorry drivers

The cleaners

The bus drivers

The police

The news readers

But most of all to those THAT ARE STAYING IN.

Maybe just everyone for pulling together

Yep, and I’d like to say a big thank you to our staff (care workers) who are out in the Community looking after the elderly and the vulnerable. Getting in shopping for them etc.

They’ve done us proud

So thank you everyone for staying at home

We offer varying services all across Wales for those with a mental health diagnosis .... he was proud of the dedication and utter commitment we are all showing to our clients and jobs

Key worker here - it's a privilege to be in this position, never a burden and I'll go until I have to stop.

I had to self isolate last week, I've been chomping at the bit to get back to it, I was up bright and early this morning rearing to to go. Been a long day though.

My CEO is proud too and he should be. I'm in the food production sector. Plenty of guys here doing their bit. I'm proud to be a part of the support network in keeping this country ticking over.

"Relax we've got you "

We sure have. Just relax and enjoy the time you have to reflect on the things that really matter. Too long we have been lazy and complacent about life. It's getting silly now. People matter. Do take this opportunity to appreciate them. Wallow in it for at least 3 weeks. The world will seem a better place. Long time coming!!

Well said, I said on another thread the other day that I hope we come through this with better attitudes towards everything, as a species we've become complacent and ignorant. Weve been slowly losing our humanity, maybe this is our wake up call.

Classed as an essential worker because I work in a hardware store.

We are only open for the essential items, electric, plumbing etc and through a purely click and collect basis to minimize contact.

But we (at the shop) are so pissed off with people still trying to come in for their home projects, couples driving around looking for open shops for fence paint etc, non essential ffs!

We all feel like saying " just fuck off back home and stay inside, we're putting ourselves at risk for you dumb cunts!"

We're also taking a load of abuse because we're not letting people in to buy stuff.

So that said, our full respect goes out to ALL the heroes out their, doing their best to keep us all alive.
