Over 1hr and a half to Barclays to ask for a mortgage holiday. (Still waiting)

Feeling sorry for the poor people at the other end of the line. They must be off their feet and coping with a lot of stressed people.

I don’t think so. I looked and all I could see was them saying to call...... two hours later I’m still waiting.

Rang Barclays yesterday to ask for an increase on my overdraft limit and to waive fees; they refused. Thanks for the help.
