Walk.

I am off for 4 weeks, but I can go in or I might be called in. But I usually get the bus home as I get dropped off in the mornings and it's an hours walk. If the weather is okay then it's a bit of a no brainer really.

Dublin

God..I am having withdrawl symptoms as I used to go 5 times a week.

Running or walking with my arguing kids in tow. Back home to do kettlebells for 30mins or so.

Went for a run in a big park in Dublin the other day and brought my kettlebells with me. Did them beside my car after my run. Got a few looks....dont care.

My local private gym has created an app and is uploading workouts. Also doing PT via Skype. They're working really hard to support customers!

We are runners, so hopefully we can continue to enjoy that. We also love mountain walking and have started yoga at home together. Mr is also a climber and mountaineer.

Going to try and go out in the wheelchair, incorporating socially distanced hills, at least 5k distances. Use resistance bands at home. Eat less

PT going to look at park based stuff I can do in the chair far away from the madding crowd.

My work keeps me fit, haven’t been inside a gym since I left school 36 years ago. Can always outlast the 20 year olds at work, they think they’re fit but they don’t know how to dig deep when the going gets tough.

Before I joined the gym a few years ago I was using a set of weights I bought from Argos. They aren't really heavy enough compared to what I lift in the gym but I can still keep myself in good shape with them. Will still be going out on my bike and running too
