Hi OP,that allso would depend on your nature .l rented a room shared bathroom and kitchen,living space but after awhile I couldn't put up with the trail of mess,I am a very tidy person x

don't know them at all they want to move in because they haven't got anywere to live sleeping on sofers and I have a spear room a friend asked me if I could help them out...
