" Yes but you need heavy wieghts for legs, back and chest. You can do bodywieght to preserve as muscle muscle as possible but I won't be growing and new gains. muscle grows from progressive overload (using heavier wieghts each time) And strength gains will fall dramatically also. Handstand push ups they are very effective for the front deltoids (shoulders). I've been going to the park and using my weight belt to try to conserve as much muscle as possible. | |||
