I (her) was booked for today but I postponed it as we are in isolation. My tattoo artist messaged me last night to then say they were closing for the foreseeable future and when they reopen we'll reschedule.

It's a sensible approach during this time.

I'd love a very delicate floral design that covers a scar on my lower back. Interlocking leaves and my favourite flowers tracing up my back - ideally done by Suki Lune. Love her work.

Am i any good.. lets say there's a reason i started visiting professional tattooists and stopped attempting ones myself..and I'm so glad back in the day they didn't have the internet and getting a tattoo gun would have been easy to get hold of..

So all really colourful? I’ve had some really gorgeous examples land in my inbox, beautiful, strong colours. Someone told me that my skin tone wouldn’t take the vibrant colours though

Just make it something personal to you, don’t be swayed by anyone else and remember that it’s ok if you change your mind down the line- if you decide not to have one or change your mind about what you have- cover ups are amazing and you get twice the ink- yay!!

Some find it addictive, some stick at one or two, it’s your body and whether inked or inked free will still be fabulous x

I’ve always thought that you should choose a tattoo and then wait for a year, if you still want it after then, get it.

I’ve often chosen one then been glad I didn’t have it.

I’ve finally found a design I like and will be getting a shoulder cap soon.

Just.

Becky wants something delicate on her midriff, just under her boobs. The designs all look great to me.

Hope you find something nice.

Probably find that alot of tattoo artists are open for business as a studio now is generally as sterile as a operating theater.. Also alot of cancellations means more openings for sittings

Have to say I love an inked lady. I always say go big my first one was my whole leg. Took me 20 years to decide what and where but am so glad I waited, god knows what I’d have ended up with.

Whatever you decide it’s your own personal thing and the advice I gave my daughter was stay clear of names (except your children) and don’t follow a fashion do it for yourself.

I’m waiting to get my left bum cheek done. It’s gonna cover most of the cheek and it’s like a Mandela/Polynesian type pattern thing, can’t really describe it!

I really like the trash polka style tattoos as well.
