"Put some weights on your back..rucksack or somethING similar..find a good steep hill and just fast walk..not run..fast walk..until you re hanging outta your ass as we used to say. Stick music on and dance hard and long or exercise to the different beats. Find a good tree for chin ups etc..loads of ways..beats paying for a membership and good fresh air if outdoor. "Yeah I can do bodywieght and I have been I have some dumbbells aswell. But I need heavy weights for chest, back and legs. I suppose I just have to suck it up and get on with it but I'm having withdrawal symptoms atm lol. Lol @ running. I'll end up getting chased by the police. They'll think I'm infected " Beer kegs? See if you could get some..or nip and see about some large tyres? Flip them in the garden?? I'm going to be lost without lifting... its therapy for me as well as a routine and focus. I've a few home gym items and a spin bike but it isn't the same | |||
