Realistic time frame for safe party ?

Before we get the " are you serious" replies, we are considering having a party and want to genuinely gauge what people think is a realistic time frame.

We have a party planned for Halloween with the accommodation all booked.

Surely to god the country will be back to normal well before then.

Until there is enough vaccine for the population. Going to be 12 months at least. Likely to be 18 months

In 6 months the second wave will be starting ( based on lockdown stopping at the end of August)
