Already since being told to work at home since Tuesday I'm noticing I'm getting a lack of sleep I presume I'm just not using enough energy throughout the day and missing my 1.5 mile walk each way to and from work any ideas of how I could actually burn some more energy through the day?

awake at night? sleepy during the day?

this is common to people out of work for long periods because the body changes mentally.

you have to kick start yourself into action and do something.

reduce coffee intake etc and do not change your eating habits.

so if at work your tea break was 11am eat them. lunch the same. keep the body in tune to your usual day routine

Housework is a good all over workout, espescially if you do the skirting boards too

You can still go outdoors , go for a long walk somewhere , run along a canal or in a local park

Stick to your normal routine. You can still go walk, eat when you normally would, start and stop working when you normally would.

Diagonally Parked in a Parallel Universe

Leave home at the normal time, walk half way to work, turn around and walk home, then repeat at the end of the day!

it's not even tiredness during the day really it's just I struggle to get to sleep then really struggle to wake up so like last night I was listening to podcasts till about 2:30 am didnt get to sleep for another 40 or so mins after that and woke up at 7 and started my day as normal I'm sticking to my normal wake up times during this and not having lie ins as it will do me zero good
