Does anyone else have a set of Renpho scales?

My housemate bought one on Monday and it is the bees knees! It has bluetooth and there is an app on the playstore that it links to, and then when you stand on it with bare feet reads so much about your body. It tells you your BMI, your body fat percentage, your subcutaneous fat, your visceral fat, body water, skeletal muscle, muscle mass, bone mass, protein, BMR and metabolic age.

I highly recommend it

Sorry to say all scales that are like that are not accurate, Hydration affects the results greatly, also any change in muscle density can be read as fat loss or fat gain.

The only way to get a true reading of total body fat is to remove every once from the body and then weigh it, problem with that is you need to be dead.

They are a valuable tool but not as accurate as you may think.
