"I am also training at home. I have some basic weights and a dip bar, it is all you need and I recommend anyone to have it. When you are training with not so heavy weights you should focus with time under tension which means that a rep could take 4 seconds you will feel it as the muscles are starting to shake abit like jelly then you know you are working it. With the dip bar I add some weights to the bag with slow controlled reps. Do the same with push ups although you are using less weight if your feet is at the ground about 75% of the body weight is used, but by putting up your feet on the sofa you are suddenly using 100% of your weight the higher up the more resistsnce is being used, using a weight bag will add to the total weight being used. I follow a basic full body workout program with one excersize per body part 3 times a week it is fun " The dip bar is the ultimate compound excersize for the whole upper body by using a wide grip in line with your shoulders you are working your outer chest and by having thre dip bar close together you are working your triceps there. | |||

Even before all this coronabola stuff they had sanitizer and wipes all over, and I'm not really bothered about catching it anyway, the sooner immunity starts building up the quicker it will be over. Standard flu kills over 17,000 people a year just in the UK and nobody bats an eyelid. Covid 19 hasn't killed anywhere near that number and it's only been blown up so much because it's new. | |||

" I'm not going to be going near anyone elderly or with health issues, my work is on shutdown and I won't be seeing any friends or relatives for the foreseeable. I'd assume any others who are still going to the gym don't consider themselves in the at risk group. | |||
