Daily press conference

Watching the press conference and it strikes me by the tone and language of boris and chums, that they are currently playing an intricate game of chess and putting all their pieces in place before declaring lockdown. Surely they had enough warning and a good idea of the scale to have already made these plans instead of trying to catch up.

Oh definitely!

France did the same ! They closed down bars, restaurants and so on... Yet told ppl to stay at home but maintain the election and told ppl to go to vote haha

Britain cancelled the election but decided that pubs, restaurants and so on will remain open.
