up above the streets and houses

A local nursery have just revealed a child who has been attending has tested positive for ‘that’ virus and they are staying open. What do you think? Right or wrong?

In a town full of colours

All of the other kids have been exposed to it already, your not helping isolate it by shutting, lots of parents are not self isolating due to money worries, deep clean, keep up hygiene practices and move on.

Shouldn’t they close to deep clean though?

Is that the first child to get it then?

And wrong of course. I can’t see them being allowed to stay open.

"Shouldn’t they close to deep clean though?"

We deep clean over night so we don't have to close

trouble most likely, or creating it :)

Apparently kids get it but are not getting sick with it. In fact the children tested in china had a larger viral load than adults that were really sick with little or no symptoms.

Very few children have been reported as having it though

"Thought kids did not get it."

They get it but generally don’t get more serious symptoms. So far they either have mild symptoms or are asymptomatic.

I can't see how they could stay open if there has been a confirmed case! Not without others been tested..... if anyone has been in contact with any confirmed case they too have to go into isolation

Surely?

Kinds are,in the main, carriers without any symptoms. Problem is they then pass it on to parents and grandparents.

Kids are only an issue as they spread it...they don't seem to suffer from it in any serious way.

I think it staying open is fine, so long as parents have the choice.

"Thought kids did not get it."

They’re certainly less prone and don’t exhibit the same extent and severity of symptoms.

The reality is that quite a few of us will already have had it and weren’t even aware.

Like all things, some are more susceptible than others

Hope you’re well x

I'd recommend keep them confined in school 24/7. Not because of the infection but because I don't like kids much and being in school 24/7 would be hell.
