I've never had a massage myself do they actually help any joint pain? I've got a very bad knee at the moment and need help with it

Your best bet is probably a sports massage therapist connected to a physiotherapist. Or just the physiotherapist.

Not really if I was you I'd see a physio. Massage is great for blood flow, lymphatic drainage, stretching and relaxing muscles. X

I think I'll try and wait till the doctors will have calmed down a bit I believe it is the start of arthritis in my knee or the start of needing cartilage surgery to be fair
