What kind of horrendous surgery would mean you cannot orgasm

Just so if I ever need it I can say NO.

I have had to go 6 weeks without sex a couple of times but always managed some self fun

I feel your frustration. I haven't for a while, finding time and having 4 kids doesn't open many windows of opportunity
