Do you find it wakes you up or makes you sleepy?

I feel like it’s the start of day again it certainly not made me more sleepy

It depends if I wash my hair. If I do I wake up if I don't I just get warm and cosy.

A shower before bed ALWAYS wakes me up ( Bill ) I can be dropping on my feet, get a shower and then I am wide awake.

Thats a shame (only having a wet room). Can you not get a walk in style bath that fills up once you're in and close the side door behind?

At work we have the ones where you have hydronic chair that swings out over the bath then take you and slowly put you in.

I don't want to pry about your disability - that's your private business - just a couple of ideas that's all xx

local, but not too local

I do love a shower or ideally a bath, but damp pillows annoy me.
