week off after operation

So had an operation on my face on Friday. Now look like the elephant man. Struggling to sleep, as naturally go to lay on my face. So perching my self on the sofa. Got a week off and going to be so bored. I can see me getting through a lot off tissues. Any other thoughts or ideas on what o can do whilst off. Cant even do house work as not allowed to jolt my self.

Lots of box sets.

Read a book or 12.

Meditation.

Online course.

Spent 250 on a lego set. Done it in a day. Lol. I massively binge on box sets. Trying to find something new. I dont like reading. The course is a good idea though

Audiobooks - I go through loads

Loads of them on YouTube, free audiobook apps or free through your library

Easy to listen to them while mooching about online, chilling on sofa, driving, walking dogs etc
