"A diet to gain weight is as complicated as a diet to lose weight. I'd seek a nutritionists advice." Huge quantities of protein. You’ll build muscle and put on weight without looking like a fat bastard like me. 100kg is pretty heavy for a guy of your height.

"So, I've got a problem that a lot people would kill for. I find it very difficult to gain weight. I'm normally about 85kg, I've managed to get to 88kg. My goal is 100kg. I'm trying to get a bulkier but leaner look. I know I need to eat more. But what kind of meals can I eat to gain weight but not intake loads of fat? I'm a complete beginner so any advice would be nice " have some of mine I'm trying g to lose some and struggling

"A clean bulk is hard to do that’s why they have protein shakes. You’d probably benefit from casein whey protein cos it’s normally slightly higher in calories yet still low sugar and standard 24grams of protein. " Protein shakes always make me feel bloated and abit sick. Trying to stick to food rather than supplements

"Why do "want" to be 100kg ? Becarfull of protein intake if body is overloaded it wont process it and will turn to fat or you will just urinate it out so a waste of time and money takes a long time to bulk properly very strict food and training correctly. " 100kg is the maximum, I should have said that rather than goal

"Lean protein sources, wholegrain carbs, good fats, plenty of fruit and veg. 250 calories a day surplus is all you need, as you get heavier you'll need to increase calories. Lift heavy and often, be consistent, track calories. 12kg of lean tissue is a shed load of muscle. Youre looking at a few years to gain that without turning into mr Bobby. 100kg at 5'11" is big, I'm 6'2" at 110kg and I'm a big un" What do you mean by good fats? Like what you find in fish?

"Foodstuff high in protein. Peanut butter, natural yoghurt, cottage cheese, unsalted nuts. Full fat milk is good also. All cheap, tasty and hopefully will do the trick." That’s true but unless you are progressively ripping and repairing with deep sleep you can’t physically eat enough to gain muscle
