Mine was way too sensitive, it took forever to heal and I ended up just taking it out after a few years.

I was gutted though, they do look very pretty.

Yeah hurt when got done been fine since if catch it can hurt a. Bit but other than that it’s awesome but reason only have one cause don’t want to go through piercing pain again but I’m tempted

A year to year and a half to fully heal but it’s worth it. Obviously the initial healing takes nowhere near that length of time.I’ve had both mine done for over 13 years and would never take them out unless it was absolutely necessary.

The best way to find a great piercer is word of mouth, if you know anyone who has tattoos or piercings locally do ask.

It does hurt (however I am a wuss) but it's not excruciating and it doesn't last too long in most cases. Keep it clean and I find a hot but bearable chamomile teabag on the area is the best way to help it heal.

If it's any consolation, having it pierced is a walk in the park compared to having it ripped out.

It does sting a bit but i found having it clamped in forceps was worse than the piercing itself.

The pain doesn't last long anyway and the results are well worth it, mine was more sensitive after it was pierced.

I've had mine done twice in the past , it doesn't really hurt. But I didn't find they added any extra sensation so I took them out in the end. Same with my VCH.

We love ours , took about 6 months to fully heal but it’s fine after a couple of weeks just need to regularly turn and clean. Heavy gauge piercing does hurt but the pain is only a few seconds and gives you more options for jewellery and much easier to fit them yourself if you have a bigger hole

Sea Salt and don’t over clean it, less than the recommended amount for most piercings. Aboid shampoo, shower gel/body wash and body spray getting anywhere near it and I know it’s common sense as most people change their T-Shirts every day but fresh T-Shirts/tops. Definitely avoid regular salt as the I do dine causes major irritation.

My first one was a piece of Piss but the irritation for 3 weeks was a nightmare however second one I had zero issues.

Be prepared for the inevitable people brushing past you, hugging you and whatnot as I found that was one of the biggest pains in the arse.

Definitely recommend it though, brilliant piercing and well worth it. Also, changing nipple bars can be excruciating so I definitely give it a few months before changing jewellery.

I've had mine done at least 3 times and it's the only piercing that really hurt. I've had a few. I took it out everytime as it just doesn't heal well on me and was uncomfortable sleeping.

I have both mine pierced. Ouch they hurt so bad getting them done and the first few months you have to be so careful with them...but now i love them! They look hot, i love seeing mr tongue them and they add a little extra naughty to our photos

My body rejected mine the first time I had it done, and it’s taking a long time to heal this time too, so still sore at times, but I’ll probably have the other done at some point (focusing on my ink at the mo), my sister had hers done five minutes before me and hers has healed fine, same piercer.

It is painful, but bearable, and if you don’t like it take it out. Soon heals xx

I've had both of mine done, but 1 started to grow out(it can happen), but for me, the nipple being clamped before the actual piercing, was more uncomfortable than the actual procedure.
