Who tries to do a random act of kindness each day?

I do, even if it's something as simple as complimenting someone on their profile, or letting another car driver out of a busy junction.

I was always brought up to be kind, and practice it daily. If someone drops something, to help pick it up. If someone’s struggling, offer help. A problem shared is one halved etc.

There used to be a sign in my doctor's office when I was a child. It was a poem I can't remember, but the gist of it was, if you smile at someone, and they smile at someone, you set off a chain reaction which will come back to you and make the world a nicer place. I try to live by that with kindness.

I do everyday and weekend - I volunteer to help keep people safe online.

(not the reason I'm here though)

I dedicate nearly all of my free time to the cause - except when the kids want for something - which is quite often!
