"The time to to panic is when the victims start rising up again Corona-zombies " A while ago there was a drug that was big in America called bath salts and people on it turned to cannibalism. That was scarier than this.

"Hypothetically speaking if it was the “end of days” and you had to wait out a year in a bunker that had enough supplies for you to survive for a few years, it had air filtration so there was no risks of you catching it and fresh water that was clean....... So everything else is covered, what would you take into the shelter to keep you entertained for a year? "Strange how there's never this level of panic about Flu" And the government never promise to spend £30,000,000,000 on the flu either

"Strange how there's never this level of panic about Flu" Don’t worry there will be one day, flu is the single biggest threat to our way of life, billions are being spent on preparing for a flu outbreak that will wipe out large swathes of humanity!! In answer to your question though, seasonal flu has known characteristics and we are able to reliably model the effects and put in place plans to deal with it. On the other hand Covid-19 is a novel virus and we have little to model the situation on, also from early reports a 3.8% mortality rate is quite high and being a novel virus we have no prior immunity.
