Hot flushes can happen to any of us, menopause or otherwise! I've made a perhaps unwise workwear decision today and gone for a dress made of a heavier material. Looks nice, but by God, I'm a wee bit warm!

Im on the understanding the lady mean its weather related and hot the flushes as shes far to young for those surely

Yeah but I do that sometimes. When I've got my big great coat on and I'm walking between bus stops I can get awfully warm.

I wheelchair around a lot, often doing 5k or more so I don't wear a coat. I get far too hot and it gets all in a knot. People look at me like I'm mad for whizzing around in my chair, in the rain

I've just put the heating on. I'm not icy cold but I'm certainly not warm at all, but my house is generally a frost box

I run 25k everyday its a task throwing stuff about getting messy but hes a nice dog........oh 25k is my neighbours dog btw

No I'm freezing

I'm off work today - I feel a bit rubbish- I woke up with a sore throat and a little headache - I'm sneezy too

I'm currently laying on my sofa under a duvet.

I must be ill because I find being still quite difficult
