My absolute favourite is southern American. Closely followed by French.

But there are quite a few I really like.

When I lived in Australia, there was a woman who read the mining news on the radio. I don't know exactly which part of Ireland her accent was from, but... well, I wasn't listening to the mining news for the mining news.
