For those with adult kids to you go mad when they turned 30 or treat it like a normal? For those that have had a 30th did you celebrate. My 30th was the worst time of my life

I’d just over a fortnight before given birth to my daughter. Didn’t really celebrate my birthday x

I'd had 4 children by the time I was 30! I think we had a family tea party with jelly and ice cream .... and then we played party games ... we still have party teas and play games.

I bought each of mine 30 different things from the year of their birth. A comic, poster, stamp, badge, postcard...anything associated with that year and it didn't cost much. They loved it.

I’d been married 9 months & was pregnant. Had a party which was ok apart from he got pissed & I was left sorting our other child out.

My 40th was fab!! I was divorced & had met T. We spent it at Xtasia with a load of fellow forumites!!! Eating flamingo cake in the hotel reception at 3am will never be forgotten!

I really enjoyed doing it, ebay came up trumps with the vast majority of it and it was a real memory trip.

ive already got a newspaper its finding all the bits and bobs but im sure ebay will have it all
