Does anyone else ever just stand in front of the mirror naked and embrace your own flesh.... not in a ‘love myself’ kind of way but instead not look for the flaws for a change. Ignore the haters

Actually, yes. I'm not especially body confident and there's plenty of bits I hate, but I've stopped looking at it and wishing it was something different. Bits are saggy, bits are scarred, bits are decent. So long as I'm happy and my husband is happy, that's all I care about body wise. Anyone on here who doesn't like what they see can jog on.....
