Genioglossus,hyoglossus and palatoglossus in other words the tongue!

Not sure everyone needs to be super muscular but it’s the trend but doesn’t mean your healthy as so many people use steroids ! But I would say leg muscles are important for various reasons and back but the others don’t need to be so strong even though men seem to develop upper body first when they hit the gym!

Tbf by simply having a smaller Dadbod I save energy and tick the Dadbod box into the bargain?

Don't get me wrong, of course I'd prefer to be ripped in every way, but I simply haven't got as much time to hit the gym nowadays as I used to have? So I make do with Dadbod and tell myself if it comes out on top in this survey thingy then it's not the end of the world.
