Happens quite a lot in china. There was a bridge last year that collapsed too and an explosion in a chemical factory.

I saw another news flash that said it was a hospital.

This happens all the time in China. If it wasn’t for the virus it wouldn’t be in the news

Yeah they cut corners for profit. There a guy that was executed some years ago for using a cheap cancer causing chemical on kids cuddly toys.
