Just wondering how many of you play sports (regularly)

I’ve just came back from football and I’m knackered

La la land

Not sport but weekly dance class where I'm over 10 years older than everyone else, and I feel it the day after

Yes I do, the aches stay longer and the injuries don't heal as quickly but you can't beat playing a sport for the friendships it builds

I played semi professional cricket until about 10 years ago, now I just play socially for the love of it and coach the kids which is really rewarding.

Boston, Lincolnshire

Dave is the oldest competing full-contact medieval tournament fighter on the reenactment circuit.

Sadly it's not a sport recognised outside our world, but still regulated and competitive.

(And he still beats guys in their 20's)

Football is my main/favourite sport on regular basis. Badminton/cricket and few others are optional when in the mood
