Hopefully you lovely knowledgeable people can help!

My Daughter in Law has just announced her cousins from Australia want to meet me, and they will be over in an hour!

Now I don't have many snacks in so need to go to the shops.

Is there anything not accessible in Australia that we have in the UK?

One is a vegetarian

Thank you!!

That’s what sprung to mind as they tend to have vegemite.

Cadbury’s chocolate is more expensive there and my friend got her relatives to bring Wotsits over too.

Vimto. Jaffa cakes. Prawn cocktail crisps. Gooseberry yogurt if you can get it.

Skip the Penguins

Marmite is available in Australia

It melts easier here and so some prefer the taste here, yes.

Probably not possible at short notice, and seasons are an issue, but apples, strawberries, and rhubarb are nicer here than in Australia. Parsnips too but random.

Don't try tropical fruit. Bananas and mangoes are just sad here.

Honestly, take them to your local giant Tesco's. They'll love seeing a shop where you can buy groceries and alcohol at the same time
