I've just finished reading 50 shades of grey by E L James. and loved it,

but, there was a section in the book where Ana was on her knees for a play session and all i could think of was , " ohh My Knees wouldn't be able to cope with that!

so my question to the fourumites is,

Have you had to change the way you have sex / play to reflect the way you body has changed as you get older? or made use of tools or aids to help ?

These days (I'm nearly 56) I too can't spend too long on my knees but firmly believe that sexercise has kept me very supple and agile.

I need one of those slaves the ancient Egyptians had who had to pull a rope all day which swishes a fan on the ceiling back and forth, but in my case the rope would be attached to a series of gears that lead behind me and eventually to a rod with a dildo attached to it that is shoved up my arse that allows me to thrust back and forth.

Or am I just being lazy?

I find that when I'm riding on top I do get tired, but keep at it for as long as possible. I find my back aches more. My OH feels the strain on his knees at times. But its comfortable if he's standing and I'm bending over, hits me in rather a nice spot too, so we don't ache as much.

Yes the body is definitely getting older but I'm not quite ready for the knackers yard

had to laugh,that was my first thought when i read that bit

after a marathon session last night and this morning i couldnt walk the dog for his usual hours walk

yeah - as you get older you start to understand that knees etc give way..

And as you get older and that foot cramps are not part of the orgasm anymore

having tried lots of positions over the years..

Still prefer the lazy lie on the back like the sack of spuds..

for me - its just got to be the missionary position for the deepest feeling..
