I've done 6:30 am till 16:00 already ,

Then back in 19:00 till around 22:30

Put a perspective on things when you think footballers get paid so much , And then the launch of yourselves in such a job get paid peanuts !!!

Are you short staffed or is this the norm? How can two people possibly care for the needs of 105 residents in a dementia unit.
