Due to my increasing paunch and middle age spread and me quitting the fags , I have now removed the word Slim from my name .

As I'm now a fat fuck .

Anyway, from here on on , please refer to me as Grumpy or Fucknugget !!

Ha get out the cling film or PC and get sweaty (as long as you stay safe). Try chasing or being chased round a pool or large hot tub.

Ps it's not easy to stay slim I think I'm slowly loosening that one as well more gym time required.
