Protein should be at most 1g per lb of body weight. Rest of calorie intake should be from fats. | |||

Why would the majority of calories come from fat when it's 9 calories per gram and protein is 4. Very hard for the body to turn protein into fat. Not impossible but very difficult. Protein should be kept high to keep muscle mass. Like I said everyone on the interweb is an expert. They for yourself and adjust accordingly or find an actual dietitian | |||

I lost over 30 pounds in about six month or so again in a calorie deficit. Ive just started back to the gym so im on about 1500 calories myself also. think himself would faint if he only had that to eat lol | |||
