Not for most ppl for me sadly yes it’s happens very often I can sublex on an almost daily basis

Not very bendy. I suffer with recurring Sciatica and i have to be very careful or my back goes and i’m in agony for weeks

I did try Yoga to help strengthen my back but i got out of the habit when my children came along.

I was on about me lol but you do look flexible.I should say I thought I was flexible until my friend showed me the meaning of flexible lol here's me trying to look good and then she does her stuff and I find out she was once a county champion gymnast.That put me in my place
