Ok ladies, when the football is on and your man is fixed to the television, what do you do?

I am lucky in that Luke doesn't like or watch football!

Lol! I personally don't see what football is about! Just some very highly paid men kicking a ball about and falling over!

Can watch the occasional top game but mostly just get on with whatever stuff I am into at the time.

If my sons are staying I make an effort to watch with them as I think it's good to share.

Have been known to nod off tho, that ball can be hypnotic.

South West London / Surrey

I am very lucky that Mr B doesn't really follow any sport except Formula 1.

I once finished with a guy because he took the telly remote from my son and changed channels to the footy.

1. Because my son was watching something.

2. Because it was the height of rudeness.

3. Rugby only in this house.... see previous posting.

Totally agree, that is the height of rudeness.

Tbh the Tv goes off as soon as guests arrive in this house.

But to interrupt something your son was watching unforgiveable

Wouldn't dream of doing that in someone else's house! However, several g/f's children have walked straight in & turned the tv over in mine!

I rarely have the telly on and it does get switched off if I have visitors.

I and the then b/f had been outside and kiddo was watching telly on his own, b/f just took over when we went back into the room! I wouldn't dream of doing that in another's house, nor would my son.
