How do you cope with annoying colleagues that you can't get away from?

This one repeats everything she says constantly I've heard about a cleaner that hasn't come in today about 6 times...to the same person.

She sings non stop badly and the same song over and over.

Sorry I've just had to get this off my chest.

Biff is short for behaviour, impact, feelings and future.

Have a chat with her to explain her behaviour what impact that causes on others, especially your feelings and agree what would you like to happen in the future.

A good technique for most feedback.

Plan elaborate ways to kill them that won't lead back to you. I mean anyone could fall down 17 flights of stairs while holding a pair of scissors and stab themselves 1000 times. Total accident

You are quite close. I teach/ coach this stuff. But I do practice what I preach.

You are right one need to very careful how you handle this conversation.

The bottom line is dont put up with shit behaviour.

Theres two ways out of this, quick Jab right hook combo to the jaw, get fired & end up at the JC listening to people complain about their JSA or you could just talk to her directly whilst being polite about it.
