I'm am on the cusp of the next chapter in my life, new house, new career, lots of new friends.

When you have opportunities for new starts do you embrace them whole heartedly or get coerced into them with your heels dragging...

It really varies for me. 2020 has started with massive changes for me. I am trying to work through them all to my advantage.. at my own pace.

All the best with your new chapter. That is a lot to take on and can be as stressful as exciting. X

The last time I worried about a big change in my life I took Bells Palsey. I was never a worrier before then and I really only think it was that one time I doubted the move I had made, but yeah my face dropped on one side and I looked like I'd had a stroke for 2 months. I guess what I'm trying to say is its best not to worry about change, in my experience anyway. Stay positive about the whole situation and it'll go a lot easier for you

I absolutely love moving and new things and also have huge changes this year!

The only downside is friends are much harder to find as you get older but this makes the journey more fun if more challenging

Enjoy yours and embrace it all, good days and harder days

Three years ago tomorrow we left everything and everyone we knew, and started again. People thought we were bonkers. I guess we were, but its opened up so many new chapters in our life, we wouldnt go back.

My moto is to take a deep breath, smile and say yes!

Enjoy and good luck on your new adventures xxx

It depends. I was thrusted in to a new life 2 years ago. But it was surrounded by grief. I had lost people important to me and I had to leave a job I loved. A area I loved and friends who I thought were my rocks at the time.

It's been a bloody hard 2 years. But I'm getting there. My friends who I met on fab are the ones who have got me through it to be honest

Throw yoursekf in .. its like a swimming pool abroad if you dip your toe in it takes longer to adjust than if you just throw yourself in ...

Change is hard though, especially on the level you describe so most of all be kind to yourself
