As long as you enjoy it it's not boring although i prefer something tastier like red peppers or flaboured rybita thins.

Hummus in a supermarket will be processed and contain ingredients you're better off not knowing about. Much better to make your own hummus.

Same as everything else then. I am still alive and probably put other things in my mouth that are just as bad for me but still taste good

I make mine with the peas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, tahini salt and water. A good blender is needed. Eaten asap after making.

Bought stuff is very salty.
