Where do they come from?

I know people can annoy the hell of each other which brings about a bad mood, but where do the unexplainable ones come from, how come some mornings people can wake up like Tigger and others they can scowl and anything...

The mind fascinates me, I just wonder if it's something locked away or life in general that finally chips away until normal service resumes.

Mental health can affect my moods daily. I try so hard to wake up positive but some days I dont want to get out of bed. There are many conditions and many treatments.

I take each day as it comes x

Hormones.

The brain is awash with them all of the time, and they need to be kept in balance. If one is too high or too low the the proverbial apple cart, will be well and truly tipped.

Mental health controls physical health.

Don't believe me? Try this:

Fear can control your bowels and bladder.

Stress controls your digestive system.

Happiness lowers your heart rate.

Excitement speeds up your heart rate.

Sleep deprivation screws up concentration, stamina, co-ordination, appetite, mood to name a few.

Ever had butterflies in your stomach?

Falling in love, is a pick and mix of the above.

Lack of sleep and hormomes can affect my mood dramatically.

Mr is rarely in a bad mood. I wish I could be more like him.

I’ve always been quite moody. Low moods and introverted. Always worrying about someone or something. You can’t have sunshine without the occasional rain cloud I guess.

I don’t really do anything - I just have a face like a slapped arse, which is more noticeable because I’m usually laid back and smiley. Just leave me alone and don’t fuss me and it soon passes.

I like your face, albeit half hidden.

I'm not a particularly moody person. Tiredness can make me grumpy and I occasionally used to get PMT.
