It's a new dawn it's a new day

In my mindset training we are taught that every day is a new day, what happened yesterday does not rule what happens today.

So every day we start anew with a smile and positivity for what may lay ahead.

How do you look at a new day...

Could you do with some more positive things...

Lovely post!

Always start the day by thinking about what you're grateful for, and set a positive intention for the day

I always start the days with positivness and each day I wake up with the mindset to seize the day and to do lots of good things

I usually wake up 6 mornings a week and think, "fuck my life, it's time for work again" lol by the time I get into the car though I'm feeling positive and ready for the day ahead and I have a sing in the car on my way in and by the time I get into work I'm sickeningly positive

I dont dwell over what happened the day, week or month before, every new day brings new opportunities and new experiences

I wake up every morning and think woohoo I'm alive, another day to celebrate and have done this for decades tbh but there again I'm the annoyingly positive type

Every day is not a new day UNTIL I've had at least 2 brews if not the day can blow

I wake up positive, look our the window, bless the weather, whatever it is. A new day brings new opportunities.

I try and get on my yoga mat and move/stretch and do a short meditation. I love music, a quick dance saves my life often!

Although sometimes I'm exhausted and it's hard to get up. If My children are grumpy it's a challenge. I try to be kind and warm and steady even though inside I can feel the sadness of being the only adult to hold it all. On these days, I'm grateful for coffee!

Naming gratitudes and a good tune can lift me into a better mind set on tricky days x

I also like this little phrase which allows you to think and not sweat the little things

Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday

Oo err Devon

I always end my day by thinking of 3 positive things that happened (no matter how small) before I go to sleep. I think that sets me up nicely for the next day. I try not to set myself impossible tasks each day... but break them down into little ones and make sure I acknowledge the fact that I have achieved them x I try to make sure I don't wake up worrying about things out of my control... Not always easy but think of 3 little things that I'm looking forward to that day... Can even be that I have fresh sheets that night. Something on Tv etc x

I agree with you, everyone's personal challenges are dealt with in their own way.

from Home Counties to Middle Earth

There are always good things, all the time. The sounds, the silence, the brightness, the dark shadows, the connection with others, the solitude, the tastes of good food, the feelings of hunger, the challenges, the accomplishments...

Take each moment and smile

I start day with nice message from my Dom. With nice cup of tea. Think what has the day got for me. I see everyday as a learning curve

La la land

Mornings can be a bit manic at home, but the kids give me a hug and we have our own little word mantra we say as we walk into school. Which is am awesome way to start the day.

If I don't have the boys it gives me time to snuggle in with M for a bit before I start the day. These things make me realise what's important in the world
