Add anything - chopped ham, peppers, onions, mushrooms, tuna

Add grated cheese

Sprinkle with oregano

Grill to melt it all

Yum that’s good. My daughter taught me this twist, smash the avocado with fresh lime, olive oil, chopped coriander, chilli flakes and salt

I have to admit to making a FCT sandwich

piece of buttered toast, 4 fish fingers, sliced tomatoes, cheese, grill the cheese so it melts, add salad cream, top with other piece of real buttered toast
