After struggling all day with a hang over .. my go to final food before an early night is crumpets with salted butter.... oh, and a cup of strong tea... so what’s your go to meal before you get your head down (to sleep)

I love crumpets with cheese on but only ever eat shortly before bed when coming home from a club or gig in the early hours.

So, its usually McDonald's as not much else is open at that time.
