And you go up to bed.

Because when you’re sat down you have less blood flow going to your brain, that short walk upstairs gives you a boost of oxygen which stimulates your brain into being awake.

Used to always happen to me as a kid at my nan and grandas lol used to fall asleep in the chair downstairs easy but thats because my nan was always one to put the fire of full and heating on full lol. Ud get upstairs and it be freezing and ud be wide awake again i miss them old times hehe x
