Used to love the old ladybird books as a kid.

Puss in boots, the three Billy goats gruff.

Particularly loved all stories relating to Greek mythology.

When I was very young my parents used to read stories from a children's bible to me but once I could read myself I loved Enid Blyton books but none in particular as I remember
